That event at Humble Coffee on Saturday the 12th got rained out, but the organizers have decided to have a mulligan next Saturday, the 19th. I would love to be there, but I have a prior commitment to the Faith in Christ Last Minute Holiday Bizarre. However! If Humble is in your Saturday cruising zone, don't skip it. I've seen a lot of what's going to be available there, and it is good stuff.
The Rail Yards Holiday Market was, for lack of a better word, a smash. Rumors of attendance around 12,000 people were floated, and boy it really felt like it sometimes!! Being all the way at the back of the hall was okay, except when one of us vendors needed to get to the Little Vendors Room, because they were FAR away and we were swimming upstream. Both ways, somehow. Just like when we were kids.
And, since beginning this one short blog post, I have done a post-show inventory and accounting, had breakfast, cleaned up the show gear, planned out the week's calendar, researched iPhone repair, and gotten new insurance. Maybe I should just call this done, and post again when I have something more interesting.
Probably the lovechild of a three-toed sloth and a busy bee.
